Character recovery

Download the local files for your migrated character, then follow the steps below.

Find your character

Select the character affected by the migration.

Character name

113 characters from the migration list.

SteamID64

Matched automatically to your selected character.

Put the files in place

A quick update on your Windows PC.

Close Dune: Awakening completely.
Download both files above. Keep their exact names, without adding .txt or a number.
Press Win + R, paste the folder path below and press Enter. Windows fills in your user folder automatically.

YOUR DESTINATION FOLDERSelect your character to see the target folder.

To browse manually, open %LOCALAPPDATA%\DuneSandbox\Saved\Cloud\PlayerClientStorage\FLS\_retail in Win + R, then open the SteamID64 and target world folders shown above.

Back up the two existing files, then replace them with your downloads in the target world folder.
Start the game and try your character again.
